Sexy, Sexy Sex

Do you know what I look forward to?

The day when conversations about sex no longer need to be about overcoming shame because we are all finally so healed and passed that! From the emails I receive, though, I know we aren't there yet, but I'll do everything I can to get us there sooner rather than later!

Because a world of great joy and peace waits for us, ladies, in our own bodies.

Because your body and soul aren't just made to feel whole, they are made to feel BLISS.

Because getting over shame just gets us back to square one and there is so much more territory to cover!

So for this post, let's assume the following:

.

💗 You are completely comfortable with the fact that you are a sexual being.

.

💗 You no longer are consumed with the wounds of shame-based religious conditioning.

.

💗 You recognize the divine in your own feminine form.

Now what?

.

Now you begin to explore what breathwork can do for your orgasms.

Now you begin to pay such tender attention to the way energy moves through you and how that deepens your connection to yourself, your partner and the divine during sex .

Now you begin to not just heal and restore from the inside out, but nourish and ignite.

Now you begin to explore what "sex magic" can do for your authentic power and agency to create what you dream to create in the world.

How do we get to this next level? Sometimes all it takes is deciding to be in supreme agreement with Love. (And Love says: "You don't have to battle the same old shame forever. It has nothing to offer you anymore." It's radical, I know, because the mind wants to fight this freedom. When it does here is what I want you to do: slow down. Become spacious within with self-compassion. Rub your hands together to create heat. Place the warmth of your own hands on your heart, your breasts, and speak the words of Love over yourself, "We don't have to battle the same old shame forever. It has nothing to offer us anymore. Wholeness is already ours. Bliss awaits. Awake, dear body, to your own safe belonging. I am here. I will not leave you. You are good. You are loved...Now, let's get undressed and have some fun.
