Wild Women Sensual Yoga Practice

This is a sensual and sacred yoga practices that serves as a door to your wild feminine self. May it awaken your spark (spirit!) and life force. May it help you restore relationship with the lost pieces of who you are: the precious wild woman within.
Remember: the wild woman isn't afraid of who she is. She is not afraid of her feminine wholeness. She isn't afraid of pleasure or desire. Everything is a pathway to God.
This is a great yoga practice to do first thing in the morning to help you bring intentionality to the sensual move your body through your day. Do this practice in the evening if you want help releasing stress and transitioning between the more masculine energy of your work day, to the more feminine energy of rest, restoration, relaxation and intimate connection.
