I’m a mom, wife, funny kind of Christian-ish lady, and a lover of the art therapy of self-portraiture.
For the past 20+ years I’ve been studying and training in mind-body-spirit methodologies for healing and transformation, including breath work, trauma-release, hypnotherapy, deep feminine psychology, energy-healing contemplative christianity and tantra.
My first “sexy selfie to heal my soul“ was a portrait I took at 8-months pregnant, dressed up like Marilyn Monroe eating a gallon of ice-cream.
Through the lens of my camera I went from seeing myself as woman who deserved the shame she felt inside, to seeing myself as a woman who was fun, beautiful and worthy of love.
Me in 2006, 8-months pregnant with my son, dressed up like a pregnant Marilyn Monroe delighting in a gallon of ice-cream. From rock bottom to rocking it! That’s the power of the selfie!
My philosophy on how to take sexy selfies to heal your own soul has given hundreds of women the ability to see themselves clearly, love themselves fully and accept themselves unconditionally.
p.s. Here is a photo from that shoot! My very first “sexy selfie to heal my own soul!” Can’t wait to see yours in our brand new community hub!
