Before your call there are a few really important things you must do
1) Put a reminder in your phone for our call!
You can do this right in your phone’s calendar app. You will also get a text from our team, an email confirmation and a few reminders leading up to the call.
2) Make a list of questions and concerns to discuss on our call.
We know that you probably have a lot of questions - that’s okay! Make a list so that we don’t forget to answer anything while we’re talking.

4) If you should need to cancel or reschedule, let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
We know your time is valuable, and we want to make sure that we can best serve you. Our spots book up, and so it is important that you show up for our call.
