10 Principles

The following 10 principles are offered as a foundation for spiritual healing and sexual awakening for the Emerging Woman. Read through them once per day. Reflect on them throughout your normal everyday activities, such as looking in the mirror. Pay attention to gentle shifts in your happiness, confidence, energy levels and bank account.


 

  1. Your heart is GOOD (and so is your body).

  2. You can trust what lights you up, because desire is your sacred fire.

  3. Every moment is a fork in the road. Life can always begin again.

  4. All love begins in the act of paying attention.

  5. Healing is a love story. Only go as fast as the slowest part of you is ready to go.

  6. Playful = Powerful.

  7. You are allowed to see yourself however you want to see yourself. Behold and become the woman you are created to be.

  8. You are made for true romance and meaningful adventure. And yours never stops waiting for you, i.e. there is still time to live the life you imagined.

  9. All parts of who you are belong. Accept the dark in service to the light.

  10. Seek to serve, not to be understood. Accept yourself as a spiritual authority.

 

It’s one thing to know these principles, and it’s another thing entirely to embody them.
